Where can I find Chats?

  • Click on the right-side pop-out menu (available on any page) to open the Chat panel.

  • Instantly view your message history and keep track of all past conversations.

  • Use the search function to quickly find messages and conversations.

  • Click into any chat to review messages or send a new one.

  • Easily add new participants to a chat thread as needed.

Coordinators have full control over how in-app chat works across their organization. These settings help define how and when workers can communicate with coordinators and each other.

To update your preferences, log in at app.nowsta.com using your admin account and go to:
Settings → Chat Settings
