Chat for Admins & Coordinators (Nowsta Admin App)
With the new Chat feature, admins and coordinators can effortlessly manage conversations with workers directly within the Nowsta Admin App. Here's how:
Accessing the Chat Feature
Click on the right-side pop-out menu (available on any page) to open the Chat panel.
Instantly view your message history and keep track of all past conversations.
Use the search function to quickly find messages and conversations.
Click into any chat to review messages or send a new one.
Easily add new participants to a chat thread as needed.
Starting a New Chat
Click the + icon to create a new chat.
Search for recipients by name.
Add a topic or name for the chat.
Type your message and hit Send.
The worker will instantly receive your message in their Chats tab on the Nowsta Workers App, where they can reply in real time!
Chat for Workers (Nowsta Workers App)
Workers can now easily communicate with their coordinators using the Chats tab in the Nowsta Workers App. No more missed emails or waiting for replies - just instant, seamless communication!
How to Access & Use the Chat Feature
Open the Nowsta Workers App and navigate to the Chats tab.
Use the search function to find an existing chat.
Click into any chat to view or send messages.
Starting a New Chat
Tap the + symbol to create a new chat.
Select your recipient(s) (sorted by company if you work for multiple companies).
Click Start Chat.
Type your message and hit Send.
