Chat for Workers (Nowsta Workers App)

Workers can now easily communicate with their coordinators using the Chats tab in the Nowsta Workers App. No more missed emails or waiting for replies - just instant, seamless communication!

Considerations
The ability to start a new chat or reply in group conversations depends on the settings chosen by your company’s coordinators. 

If you’re unable to do any of the following, it’s likely that your company has disabled these features:

• Start a 1-on-1 chat with a coordinator

• Reply to messages in a group or event chat

• See the + symbol to create a new chat

We recommend reaching out to your coordinator directly if you’re unsure or need help with your chats.

How to Access & Use the Chat Feature

• Open the Nowsta Workers App and navigate to the Chats tab.
  
  
  

• Use the search function to find an existing chat.
  
  

• Click into any chat to view or send messages.
  
  

Starting a New Chat

1. Tap the + symbol to create a new chat.
   
   

2. Select your recipient(s) (sorted by company if you work for multiple companies).

3. Click Start Chat.
   
   
   

Type your message and hit Send.
