Each location has its quirks so we designed the venue worker notes feature with as a dedicated space to save detailed instructions for your workers.
To avoid having to input location details each time you schedule an event, save them to locations page as shown below and they will automatically populate in the event.
Not only this, the location worker notes will appear on the Nowsta Workers App for anyone scheduled to work a shift there. Here is an example of how that may look when a worker scrolls through the details in a confirmed shift:
