Overview
Worker Incident Notes are used to document important information related to a worker’s performance or conduct. These notes are time-stamped and include the name of the admin who added the note.
Note: These notes are internal only and are not visible to the worker.
Types of Incident Notes
When adding a new note, you’ll be prompted to choose a category that best describes the situation. Available options include:
Note – A general comment about the worker.
Note Revision – Used when editing or clarifying a previous note.
Callout – When a worker calls out from a shift.
No Call/No Show – When a worker misses a shift without notifying.
Review – Notes regarding performance evaluations.
Verbal Warning – For recording an informal warning.
Written Warning – For more serious incidents requiring formal documentation.
Suspension – Notes on any temporary suspension.
Other – For anything that doesn't fit into the above categories.
How to Create a Worker Incident Note
Follow these steps to create a new incident note for a worker:
Go to the Workers tab from the main navigation.
Search for the worker you want to add a Worker Incident note for.
Click on the worker’s name to open their profile.
Scroll to the bottom-left corner of the profile page and find the "Worker Incidents" section.
In the dropdown, select the type of incident note you want to add.
Write your message in the note field.
Click Add Entry to save the note.
Once added, the note will appear in the Worker Incidents section of the profile, showing the timestamp and the name of the admin who recorded it.
Viewing Existing Notes
All previously added incident notes for a worker are visible in the Worker Incidents section of their profile. Notes are listed in chronological order and include the:
Note type
Message content
Timestamp
Admin name
