Overview

Worker Incident Notes are used to document important information related to a worker’s performance or conduct. These notes are time-stamped and include the name of the admin who added the note.

Note: These notes are internal only and are not visible to the worker.

Types of Incident Notes

When adding a new note, you’ll be prompted to choose a category that best describes the situation. Available options include:

  • Note – A general comment about the worker.

  • Note Revision – Used when editing or clarifying a previous note.

  • Callout – When a worker calls out from a shift.

  • No Call/No Show – When a worker misses a shift without notifying.

  • Review – Notes regarding performance evaluations.

  • Verbal Warning – For recording an informal warning.

  • Written Warning – For more serious incidents requiring formal documentation.

  • Suspension – Notes on any temporary suspension.

  • Other – For anything that doesn't fit into the above categories.
