How to Edit and Delete Worker Incident Notes

Overview

Worker Incident Notes are internal records used to track a worker’s performance, attendance, and conduct. These notes can be edited to clarify or update information, or deleted if they were added in error.

Important: Only admins can view, edit, or delete incident notes. These notes are not visible to the worker.

How to Edit or Delete a Worker Incident Note

  1. Go to the Workers tab in the main navigation.

  2. Search for the worker whose note you want to edit or delete.

  3. Click on the worker’s name to open their profile.

  4. Scroll to the "Worker Incidents" section on the bottom-left corner of the profile.

  5. Locate the specific note you want to update.

  6. Click the Edit icon next to the note.

  7. In the editing screen, you can:

    • Make changes to the note content or type, then click Update

    • Or click Delete to permanently remove the note

Once saved or deleted, the action will be timestamped and associated with the admin who performed it.
