How to Remove a Worker from an Event Shift

From time to time, you may need to remove a worker from an event shift. This article details several of the methods you can use to do so.

Considerations

Please note that Nowsta will record a history of a worker's response to a shift request, even if you remove the worker from the shift.

Step By Step Instructions

Single Event View

  1. Select the event in the calendar.

  2. Select the three vertical dots next to the worker name and select Remove from the list of actions.

  3. You can optionally choose to notify the worker that he or she has been removed from the shift.

Multi-Event View

  1. Select the event in the Multi-Event View

  2. Select the three vertical dots next to the workers name and select Remove from the list of actions.

  3. You can optionally choose to notify the worker that he or she has been removed from the shift.

Worker Profile

  1. Select the worker's profile from the Workers page

  2. Select Events List

  3. Find the selected event and select R
