How to Publish All Shifts Within an Event by Tags

Modified on Thu, 8 Sep, 2022 at 4:59 PM

Use this feature to publish all shifts within an event to workers based on their tags instead of publishing each shift separately within the event. Workers will only see open positions for which they are qualified, not restricted, and have no assignment conflicts. The final published worker list will update automatically for you as workers become eligible or ineligible.
If you do not see this option on the single event view page please reach out to your account manager to turn on this feature.

First, you will need to understand how to create tags for workers. You can find out more about that here.

Once you have created the appropriate tag(s) you will be able to use this feature by navigating to the single event view page and clicking on Publish by Tag.

Next, select the appropriate tag for this event. You can choose to notify workers about this shift by toggling on the button to notify workers about these published shifts. Lastly you will click publish.
