How to Leverage Worker Ratings and Reviews

Modified on Fri, 10 Feb 2023 at 04:39 PM

Overview:

There are a few different ways to organize worker performance reviews and ratings, and this article will detail each. Whether you're sorting or staffing, we've got you covered.

Where to find Worker Ratings:

The Time & Attendance page displays event notes by showing stars to the right of an employee’s time entry. This view is helpful if you look over worker time entries daily.

Within the Workers Profile, you can select Event History and see any feedback left underneath worked events or view star ratings. This is useful if you only want to review feedback while browsing worker profiles.

Worker Ratings by Time Card Supervisors:

A worker's rating is not directly editable at the moment -- it's automatically calculated by averaging their performance reviews submitted by event captains or supervisors from the Nowsta mobile app.

Worker Performance Reporting by Coordinator

Check out our reporting features on the reports page if you want to organize your staff based on existing performance and reviews. You can run a staff performance or statistics report to determine worker levels. Run these reports as often as you'd like, filter by date range, and edit tags to visualize the performance of your team members.

Sorting and Scheduling by Level Tags

Performance reports will provide the data and analytics you need to tag workers confidently in accordance with the level you see fit. When assigning or publishing shifts, you can filter by worker level through the tags feature to quickly locate the level of worker you need for your event.
