Overview:
The Time & Attendance page is your central hub to view all time entries in one location. The extensive filtering options will save you time when you need to review and approve all of the entries. Once approved, these hours will be visible on payroll reports.
Considerations:
This feature is available on the Professional and Enterprise Plans. The Time & Attendance feature is not included on the Starter Plan.
How to Review and Approve Time Entries:
From the Time & Attendance page, you can save time by using the following filters:
Date range
Client
Department
Status
Condition
Event
Worker
Any time entry that differs from its scheduled shift is automatically flagged and given a status that explains the discrepancy. Hover over the status to see details on the entry:
You can easily see who was responsible for the initial time entry by selecting "Actual Hours". If you want information about any changes that have taken place, check the change log by selecting the three dots to the right of the "Approve" button. Leave a note by selecting the notepad icon to the left of the "Approve" button.
If adjustments are needed, simply select the actual start time to make edits. You'll need to select "Done" to save your work.
When you're ready, select "Approve" to make the time entry visible in your payroll reports.
