You can use the Nowsta mobile app or website and note your availability. This information will be visible when your employer(s) schedules shifts and seamlessly keeps them aware of when you can work and when you can not.
Please note that currently, you are only able to enter availability on the web app therefore, if you need to alert your employer(s) of your unavailability, you will need to contact them directly.

Selecting availability from the Mobile App:

Open the Nowsta workers app.

  • Select the Jobs tab

  • Select Calendar

  • Choose a day on the calendar and tap Set Availability to enter your available time range.

  • You will select the type of availability: Available or Unavailable.

  • You can choose the time range and select whether you'd like the availability range to repeat in the future.

  • Click Add to Calendar to save

  • Select the date for which the availability is set

  • Adjust times as necessary

  • Click Update Calendar to save

To Delete an Availability range:
