How to Add a Worker to Your Roster

Overview:

Adding new workers is simple, and you'll be able to include as much or as little information as you'd like right from the start. That being said, we do encourage you to complete as many of the optional fields since it will save you time up front.

 

Considerations:

The mandatory fields when inputting a worker are the first and last name as well as an email address (so that you can invite them to the platform).

 

Please note: If the employee works for additional companies that use Nowsta, their contact information (name, phone number, and email address) must match up exactly as it appears in their other accounts when creating their worker profile for your company. This will automatically link their profiles together with all of their companies.

 

How to Add Workers:

Head to the Workers Page, and select + Add Worker in the upper right-hand corner. From there you can enter personal details, add tags, and even qualify the worker for positions. After you're done, you'll want to save your work and can optionally send the worker an invite to the platform.
