NowstaPay Only Account Activation & Set Up

Hi There!  Confused where to start when activating and setting up your NowstaPay account?  Follow the steps below! 

 

Download the Nowsta workers app from GooglePlay or AppStore.

  

Click the blue “Activate Account” button in the bottom right corner of your screen. 

 

In order to activate your account you will need to enter your phone number for two-factor authentication.  Once you have entered your phone number click on “Get Activation Code.”

 

The next screen will prompt you to enter the 4-digit confirmation code that was sent via text message to your phone. After entering the code sent to you, click “Submit.” 

 

(If the app tells you that your phone number is not valid, please check with your employer and provide them your email and phone number so they can set up your account properly.)

 

Next click “Continue with account setup” and enter your first name, last name, email address, and desired password.  It is very important that you use your legal name otherwise you may encounter error and delays in the setup process.  Please check what you have entered for accuracy and when you’re ready, click “Create Account.”

 

The system will work to create the account and then prompt you to enable push notifications. Click on “Continue to permissions” and select that it is ok for Nowsta to send you notifications. 

 

After setting permissions, you will be welcomed to Nowsta with an activated account!  

 

Clicking on "Set Up NowstaPay" will take you to a screen that confirms your email address, and prompts you to set up your NowstaPay account. 

 

Enter the required information: First and Last Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Phone number, Address, and Country.  When you’ve entered that information, hit the next button.

 

You will then be prompted to add a payment method to your Nowsta profile!  You have the choice to link your Bank account directly, enter the information manually, or just add a Debit Card!  Choose your desired payment method and follow the subsequent steps to complete setting up your profile.

 

The system will walk you through the next steps and confirm your bank account and/or credit card have been linked to your account. 

 

Once you’ve linked your bank account you’ll be shown a transaction summary that covers what you have earned, what you have available, any associated transaction fees, and what you’ll receive when you cash out.   Make sure you select to authorize Nowsta to credit your bank account entered, and when you’re ready select “Confirm” to receive your earnings!  

 

You’ll be shown a confirmation screen with a cashout ID when the funds are being deposited to your bank account.  

 

**** Please Note: Debit Card transfers deposit immediately, whereas Bank account transfers take 1-2 business days to settle into your account depending on the time of day they are initiated. Bank account transfers will not occur on weekends or bank holidays.****  

 

A little more on the app: 

 

In the earnings page you’ll see the options to view your recent activity and earnings history.  

 

In the bottom right hand corner of your screen you will also see the “more” tab.  Clicking on that will take you to a set of options where you can update your profile settings, contact the Nowsta help desk, send feedback, and more!
