App not working correctly?

Unfortunately, sometimes bugs happen, but when they do, you can submit an Instabug report that will allow us to investigate and resolve the issue.

Submitting from your phone

To submit an Instabug report, you need to go to the screen where you're having an issue and shake your phone.

You will then see the pop-up below: you can either "report a bug" or "suggest an improvement."


Please choose "report a bug" and type in a brief description of the issue you are having. Our team will begin troubleshooting and update you on the process through to resolution.

Submitting from your tablet
To do this, please go to the More tab in your app, click Send Feedback, and type in a brief description of the issue you are having.

Don't worry you can still attach any screenshots or videos you require by clicking Take Screenshot or Take a Screen Recording.
