Why is my payroll report missing pay rates?
This is due to the pay rates not being entered at the time of the shift. The system will use the information that is on file when it was created so if you apply a pay rate after a shift has been worked it will not register.
You can manually update those pay rates by going to the Time & Attendance page and clicking the hourly rate on their timecard. From there you will be able to edit the pay rate in the pop-up window that appears.
