Last minute changes happen all the time in the events industry, especially at the final check-in with clients. If you have to edit event details, you can do it silently (for your bookkeeping) or publicly (sharing call time or event time changes). Use the following steps:

  1. Select an event.
  2. Click on the edit event details button on the upper righthand event card .
  3. Edit any field in the Details section or edit shifts in the Positions section.
  4. If you would like a silent edit, click Update when you are finished.
  5. If you would like a public edit, click Update and Notify.
