Availability Checks: How do I check someone’s availability for an entire day, without knowing what event I’m going to assign them to yet?

- At the events page, click the Check Availability button in the upper righthand corner.
- Name the availability check
- Enter the event date and start/end times
- Click Next: Workers to view your staff list
- Select the staff to check if they are available
- Click Messaging to write a custom message or use the template.
- Watch your workforce’s responses pour into your worker list.
- Select events to staff and drag-and-drop staff as they become available.
