1. At the events page, click the Check Availability button in the upper righthand corner.
  2. Name the availability check
  3. Enter the event date and start/end times
  4. Click Next: Workers to view your staff list
  5. Select the staff to check if they are available
  6. Click Messaging to write a custom message or use the template.
  7. Watch your workforce’s responses pour into your worker list.
  8. Select events to staff and drag-and-drop staff as they become available.
