Who your clients request for staff and who's available aren't always the best match. Having the ability to quickly sort through your event staff and select the best fit in a matter of seconds is a lifesaver. 

Tags allow you to create filters to sort staff out by their Location, Skill, or Attributes in seconds.

In the animation above, the client expressed a need for an experienced server who is capable of lifting heavy items. The next time a client makes a specific staff request, you won't be shuffling through excel files and emails to find staff. You can select the best staff in seconds by:

  1. Clicking on the Settings menu 
  2. Clicking the Tags tab
  3. Creating filters for your staff 
  4. Assigning qualified staff for the Tags and clicking Done
  5. Selecting your events and filtering staff by tags to complete your schedule
