Within seconds, you can find out your staff’s availability, confirm them for events, or convey crucial last minute information.

  1. Create or go to a specific event.
  2. Click on the availability check button.
  3. In the first Availability Check screen, you can filter staff by position or tags. Once you’ve selected staff, click on Messages in the bottom center.
  4. You can modify messages to include as many event details as you’d like. Customize the message to ask the staff if they’re available for a specific time window and click SEND NOW.
  5. Once the staff receives the request, they’ll respond Yes or No and their choice will appear in the Workers list to the left.
