One of the most important aspects of running labor efficiently is minimizing overtime as much as possible. In the Settings page, you can adjust two fields to help you limit overtime as you schedule.
1. First Day of the Week
Once you set the day, your account will calculate the hours your staff work according to your pay week.
2. Warning Threshold for Hours Scheduled in a Week
Setting the hours threshold for the week will help you see when staff are approaching or exceeding overtime easily.
If staff hours scheduled/worked are within 75-99% of the overtime threshold, you'll see the hours appear in Orange. If they are at 100% or more, the staff hours will be tagged Red, making it easy to view who shouldn't receive more hours.
