Often times, a few event staff have more responsibilities than appearing at the venue on time. They may have to stop by the office or warehouse to pick up materials. 

With Nowsta, you can send general event instructions to all of your staff and more specific details to your event leaders. You can do this by:

  1. Opening the event in the Single Event view page.
  2. Creating a shift or Clicking on an existing shift.
  3. At the bottom of the pop up, enter the different information in Instructions.

This will automatically send event instructions, separate from the rest of the team, to the person assigned to that shift.
