Some event leaders track employee time at the beginning of the event. Others, retroactively enter their times at the end of the event. The one consistent theme is staff ratings and feedback are usually added at the end of the event.

Since Nowsta communicates across the mobile- and web-app in real-time, you'll be able to look at your event information as the event is taking place. You can see which leaders clocked staff in/out and which evaluated your event staff. You can access this event sheet by:

  1. Selecting the Event of interest.
  2. Clicking on Actuals CSV in the upper right hand.
  3. Opening the timesheet.csv file.

After every event, Nowsta averages the new staff ratings into the existing staff rating and displays it beside your staff in the Scheduling pages.
