From time-to-time, your staffing manager may send you an availability request to see if you're available and willing to work on a certain day or time. This request will come via the Nowsta mobile app or by text message.

If you click on the notification, you'll be able to respond to the availability request from the Nowsta mobile app or my.nowsta.com (if you have not downloaded and activated the mobile app).

You can respond to the availability request write from the dashboard of your Nowsta app...

... Or click into the request for more details and to set a custom time range.
