Overview

Worker incident notes are a helpful tool in documenting the performance of a specific worker. These notes are created in the worker's profile and are time-stamped with the name of the coordinator who added the note.

Considerations

You are unable to delete/remove Worker Incident Notes once they have been created in a worker's profile.

To Create a Worker Incident Note:

1) Go to the Workers page

2) Select the specific worker's profile

3) Scroll to the bottom-left hand side of their profile

4) Select an incident entry from the dropdown menu

5) Enter in notes and select Add Entry to document the note
