We've built a feature that will help you keep better track of when workers are accepting/declining jobs. This notification option allows you to receive an email each time one of those actions are taken.
Since you're likely to receive lots of emails for each event you're staffing, we suggest creating an email address specicially for these notifications. Rather than using your personal work email, create a unique account that you can access when you need to check the records!
How to activate email notifications:
(1) Navigate to the Settings page of Nowsta
(2) Select Notification Preferences
(3) Enter an email address into the Reply-To Email Field.
(4) Select Save to apply those changes.
