For security reasons, once a worker's account has been activated, only that worker can adjust the associated email address.

There are two primary ways that this can be done:

Option 1:
In the Nowsta mobile app, select the More tab, then select Profile Settings to adjust the email address. Then log out and log back in with the updated email address and the password previously used.


Option 2:
An admin (company owner or coordinator) can go to the workers page and send an invitation to the worker. The worker will receive an email at their current email address containing a link that will allow them to update their email.

If the worker does not have access to the current email and they've forgotten their password please contact us through chat support and we can generate a one-time click link to allow the worker into their account. The email address can then be changed by following the steps listed in Option 1.
