This method of time tracking allows you to assign one or more event managers to an event. These event managers can clock-in and clock-out the other staff at the event. They can also rate each staff member’s performance on the event on a scale of 1-5 stars.

How to set it up

  1. Go to the Positions page
  2. Select a Position to assign Time Card Supervisor access.
  3. Click on the toggle to enable Time Card Supervisor Access for the position.

Don't forget to hit the save button after you adjust the toggle!

Staff members working in a position with with Timecard Supervisor Access enabled will be clock-in and clock-out other staff on the event. They will also be able to leave "ratings" and reviews for those staff.
