Event level: If an event has any declined shifts, the event card will have a Red outline with an exclamation mark.
Shift level: When a shift is declined, you'll see a solid Red circle at the bottom of the event card.

Event cards that require attention are outlined in Yellow.

Event level: If an event has any open requests, published shifts, or unfilled shifts, the event card will be displayed in Yellow.

Event cards that are fully confirmed and require minimal attention are outlined in Green.

Event level: If every shift is confirmed, the event card will have a Green outline.
Shift level: When a shift is confirmed, you'll see a solid Green circle at the bottom of the event card.
