Our Approach To Feedback

We believe working hand-in-hand to understand your needs and receiving feedback is the best way to develop the best platform.

In an effort to increase transparency, we are releasing our product roadmap to give you more insight, not just on your feature requests, but the features the Nowsta community are requesting at large.

The roadmap is a page where you can find what we’ve completed recently, what we are currently working on, and some ideas of what we should be doing next.

You can submit new requests, vote on existing feature requests, and receive alerts as soon as they have been completed.

We will use your feedback to identify the most important features, ideas, and opportunities so that you can get the most value from our product as efficiently as possible.

If you take the time to submit your product feedback to us, it means that you have a direct say in how Nowsta develops over time.

It means that your ideas are valued and listened to, so we can work with you to build the best platform possible.

How To Give Feedback

Submitting your feedback couldn't be simpler. All you need to do is log into your Nowsta account, navigate to our Need Help? menu in the center-right and select "Feature Requests".

This will take you to your personalized dashboard where you can submit requests, browse other people's requests, and prioritize them. You can also view our roadmap to see what we have coming up.

Note: Please understand there are a lot of requests, and while we’ll do our best to prioritize your features, we ultimately evaluate requests from the community as a whole. This means we may not get to it immediately if the community thinks another feature is a top priority. Please be patient with us as we work through your and the communities’ feature requests as quickly as possible.

What Happens To Your Feedback

We will use your feedback to identify the most important features, ideas, and opportunities so that you can get the most value from our product as efficiently as possible.

At the end of each month, our Product team will sit down for a feedback meeting. They discuss the highest priorities for our customers, internal teams, and how the requests align with our own strategy.

As the team goes through, they'll update the status of each request in the Nowsta roadmap so that you immediately know the outcome.

All new feature requests will be set to the "Open" status so that more people can vote, prioritize and give us information. This allows us to gauge demand, gather examples of how the feature will be used and use the votes to establish the impact & value of the feature.

If we decide to build a request the status will change to "Planned" or "In Progress". It will be added to our roadmap which you can view at any time.

Anyone who has submitted or voted on a specific request will be notified when the status of the request is updated. We will always provide an explanation as to the nature of the status update.

Our feedback page will always have the most up-to-date information about Nowsta and what we're building next.

If you reach out directly to our support or customer success teams, they'll be able to look up the ideas for you, but they won't have any additional information or provide an estimate for when your item will be reviewed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it be before the product team reviews my idea?

Requests will be reviewed by the product team on a monthly basis; we will take the top requests and update the status where appropriate. Roadmap meetings occur at the end of each month.

Make sure your ideas are clear and concise so others can vote on it and prioritize. Also be sure to prioritize your own requests too - that way, we will know if a particular requests is important to you.

My request hasn't been reviewed yet and I submitted it a few months ago. What can I do?

If we haven't reviewed your item yet and it is a high priority for you:

  1. Make sure it's at the top of your priority list
  2. Make sure your request is clear. Why do you need this? What is it stopping you from doing? What is the impact of that?
  3. Please add these details in a comment in your feature request.
