Your manager has to create an account for you before you are able to log in.
Contact your manager if you are unable to log in with your correct email address after completing the steps below, as this means they have not added you to their account.
An “incorrect username or password” message appears:
The app displays a “Your email or password is incorrect” message at the top of the screen when you log in with the wrong email address or password.
Possible cause #1: Using the wrong password
If you know which email address you used to sign up for Nowsta but you’re receiving the “Your email or password is incorrect” message, you might be using the wrong password.
Solution: Reset your password, then try logging in again.
