Communicating shift times are vital to event day execution as well as end-of-event staffing. To reduce confusion, we made made shift times adjustable. You can make the Start and End shift time visible, approximate, or hidden by: 

  1. Select the Event of interest in the Calendar View.
  2. In the Single Event view, click on the shift name (i.e. Server 3pm-7pm) of interest.
  3. In the pop up page, you'll see both Start Time Visibility and End Time Visibility
  4. Select either one and adjust the visibility to display the intended shift time in your staff's mobile app.
